MapInfluenCE analyst Ivana Karásková featured as a panelist in the inaugural online event of Young China Watchers’ “V4 series”.
Also included on the panel was Viktor Eszterhai (Institute for Foreign Affairs and Trade), Jakub Jakóbowski (Centre for Eastern Studies), and Richard Turcsányi (Palacky University Olomouc), representing each of the V4 nations adequately.
The lively discussion contained an analysis of the benefits and potential pitfalls of the region’s relationship with China, Beijing’s influence in the region (economic or otherwise), and the V4 nations’ pivotal role in EU-China relations overall.
